Why choose a Destination Wedding over a Traditional Wedding?
A traditional wedding can cost anywhere from $20,000 to $30,000 and can be a very stressful experience for the bride and groom. Many resorts offer intimate weddings at a minimal cost or even free and the on-site wedding planner handles most of the details for you. We take care of all the travel arrangements and research the best travel package prices for you and your guests.

Am I obligated to pay for my family and friends to attend our wedding?
You are not obligated to pay for their travel to attend your wedding and many family and guests see it as a great opportunity to share in your “special” day and also experience a mini-vacation to an exotic destination.
What is the estimated travel package costs that my family and guests can expect to pay?
We will always work within your budget and that of your family and friends. Example: A 3 night travel package to Cancun can range from $795.00 per person depending on the departure city, date and the resort.
How are the payments made for our travel packages?
Once travel arrangements are made, a deposit confirms your travel package and a final payment is due from 45-60 days prior to departure.
Can we make payments each month towards our travel package?
Yes, we can arrange an easy payment plan. You determine the amount you wish to pay after the initial deposit payment and before the final payment is due and we will take care of the rest.
How do we get room upgrades, special requests and honeymoon amenities at our resort?
We will submit a complete name list including the wedding party, family and friends along with arrival and departure dates and special requests to the resort manager a few days before your arrival date.
When do we receive our travel documents?
All travel documents including the airline tickets, transfer and resort vouchers are mailed out to you and your guests at least 2- 3 weeks before the departure date.
Can we get trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance to protect our investment?
Yes, we offer trip insurance and we can book it at the same time your travel package is confirmed.
