While in Australia and on The Great Ocean Road, we experienced "The 12 Apostles" which after millions of years of erosion by the sea, these 12 limestone stacks remain standing high in the sea.

Melbourne Australia The Great Ocean Road
We visited two small caves, located in Loch Ard Gorge, which provided shelter for those who survived the wreck of the ship, The Loch Ard. We took the geological trail explaining the background of the caves, a blowhole and other fascinating features of this area.
